Watermark to Open in February 2008
TerraForge Communities is pleased to announce the grand opening of Watermark, Chesterfield County's newest mixed-use community. Located off Route 288 and Iron Bridge Road, Watermark aims to make living in the 21st century easier by combining residential, cultural, and retail space. The entire project is centered around a 200,000-square-foot Town Center, which will feature numerous retail and service shops in conjunction with town homes, carriage homes, maintenance-free homes, and luxury rental homes.

In February 2008, Ryan Homes and Gemcraft Homes will begin pre-sales of their single-family homes at Watermark. These exceptionally well-designed homes will comprise phase 1 of the Watermark development and prices will begin in the high $300s.

David Cloak, President of TerraForge Communities, says, "We hear over and over again that Americans are tired of spending so much time in their cars. Watermark strives to simplify life by incorporating retail with residential space. Although we're trying to plan for the future, in a lot of ways, we're going back to the past, when we lived, worked, and shopped all within a contiguous area. We anticipate greater community cohesiveness and happier homeowners who aren't frazzled by driving around in circles to take care of their business."

TerraForge Communities combines the expertise of developers, designers, real estate professionals, engineers, and building experts to create communities that integrate the best there is to offer in architecture, design, landscaping, and land use. They are dedicated to enhancing Virginia's unique landscape with carefully planned communities intended to gain in esteem and value over time.
